Introduction

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the World Quiz, Flag Game, USA Quiz, Crack the Code, Crack the Code 4 Watch, and Super Jigsaw mobile applications (collectively, the "Applications") created by Bolo Mobile Inc. ("Service Provider").

By downloading, accessing, or using the Applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Applications.

License to Use Applications

The Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Applications for your personal, non-commercial purposes on a mobile device that you own or control.

This license does not allow you to:

• Modify, disassemble, decompile or reverse engineer the Applications
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Applications
• Copy, distribute, or make the Applications available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices (including copyright notices) on the Applications

Modifications to Application

The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Applications are as beneficial and efficient as possible. As such, they reserve the right to modify the Applications or charge for their services at any time and for any reason. The Service Provider assures you that any charges for the Applications or their services will be clearly communicated to you.

Privacy and Data

The Applications store and process personal data that you have provided to the Service Provider in order to provide the Service. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your phone and access to the Applications. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, which involves removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. Such actions could expose your phone to malware, viruses, malicious programs, compromise your phone's security features, and may result in the Applications not functioning correctly or at all.

Third-Party Services

Please note that the Applications utilize third-party services that have their own Terms of Use. Below are the links to the Terms of Use of the third-party service providers used by the Applications:

• AdMob
• Google Analytics for Firebase
• Firebase Crashlytics

Limitations of Liability

In no event shall the Service Provider be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content, personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to and use of the service, unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information and/or financial information stored therein.

Changes to This Terms of Use

The Service Provider may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Use on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted.
